Public Health measures allow us to accommodate 2,000 festival goers per night at Riverside Festival in concerts. 🙏
That sounds like a lot, but our tickets go fast. We are not kidding, buy your tickets and get vaccinated before it's too late. 💉

The stage area in front of the scene is divided into 4 zones that can accommodate 500 people each.
You'll be able to move outside the area to enjoy the food trucks section.
Please note, the mask will be mandatory when you move on the site.
For the thirsty folks, each section has 2 bars.
In your section, we ask that the 1 meter distanciation be respected between festival goers belonging to different bubbles.

Yes, according to Public Health regulations, if you want to attend the Riverside Festival in concerts and enter the event, you must have proof of full vaccination. In order for your proof of vaccination to be accepted at the gate, you must present your QR code or proof of full immunization along with an ID that shows your home address.
The Riverside Festival, following Quebec regulations, requires proof of full vaccination. For a vaccination proof to qualify, it needs to be a proof issued by the government stating that you are fully vaccinated and have been so for 7 days or more.

We ask that you and your festival friends respect the 1 meter distance between bubbles once in your section.
When traveling, wearing a mask is mandatory.

The health and safety of our festival-goers, suppliers, employees and partners is important to us. The mask will be mandatory when you are on the site.

We cannot predict the health measures that will be announced by Public Health. The Riverside Festival team will do everything in its power to ensure that the 3 nights of concerts take place.

Due to health measures and to not encourage the spread of COVID-19, there will be no after parties during the 2021 Riverside Festival.

No, you won't. There are no chairs at the Riverside Festival in concerts. 

If you see seat numbers on your tickets, that's just our system sorting the tickets that way. All that matters is your section number.

Rain or shine; the party continues! #SuckItUpButterCup. Make sure to check out the weather beforehand. Dress accordingly. You know, a cold sucks like a hangover, but without the fun from the night before.

On October 1st, 2nd and 3rd, 2021, our new concerts format will run from 6:30PM to 10:30PM. Plenty of time to enjoy your evening with your friends! 🎉

Credit and debit cards will be the only payment methods accepted throughout the site. 💳
Please note! To ensure the safety of all your friends, volunteers and vendors, it will not be possible to pay with cash.

Yes, water will be flowing throughout the Riverside Festival 🌊.
You'll even get access to the site with one (1) empty reusable plastic bottle so you can refill it afterwards. ✔it's sunny, ✔it's hot, ✔we're hydrating!

There will be free parking available on several nearby streets as well as paid parking adjacent to the event site located at 25 Jos-Montferrand Street, Gatineau, QC J8X 0C2.
Ah and while we're at it... Little reminder that driving while impaired is totally uncool and a big no-no. 🚫

Tickets to attend the event are on sale on our website. Simply go to our box office! 🙂

You can write to us via R1VE, our virtual sidekick, directly on the website or via our Facebook page. You’re the old fashioned type? You can also send an email with an explanation of the situation to the following email address and a ticket agent will take care of it with you: info@riversidefestival.ca.

Just show up at the festival with your ticket, complete vaccination proof and valid ID. We'll exchange your wristband directly on site.

All cannabis products brought to the festival site must be in SQDC packaging, or from any other government sources, and must have been purchased legally in Canada. Any cannabis products that do not comply with the law will not be accepted or permitted on site. A festival-goer may have a maximum of 30 grams in their possession, the maximum amount allowed by law. 🌱
Cannabis sale is prohibited on site. Consume in moderation folks. ✌️

Riverside is open to people of all ages. However, we strongly recommend that people 15 and under be accompanied by an adult due to the high volume of people attending the festival.
The legal drinking age in Quebec is 18. If you wish to consume alcoholic beverages on the premises, please have two (2) valid pieces of identification in your possession. 👮‍♂️

Only snacks and reusable plastic water bottles will be allowed on site this year due to the health situation. This is the perfect opportunity to enjoy a great French fry from one of your favorite restaurants! You'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of foods from the foodtrucks. 🍟

In the interest of sanitation and the safety of your gang, it is requested that festival goers remain on the event site after their ticket has been verified. The Riverside team reserves the right to deny access to anyone who leaves the site after having already accessed the site on the same night. 🙅🏼‍♂️🙅🏽

As with all other festivals, only SMALL SIZE bags and purses will be allowed. All bags will be searched. 👀

Yes, cameras are allowed. 🙌 However, professional audio or video recording equipment is not allowed. You'll have to record with Instagram friends. 💁
